The 4team chess focus is on funding the International Red Cross helping those who have helped us. We award 70% of the entry fee to the winners, and 20% to the worthy cause. 10% is used for handling the financial transactions. The format is unique my own efforts making teams on our Chess.com. We will have been running the tournament for free on Chess.com while players can see how this works. We will run simulations on our website so you can see how we make the teams, what kind of awards can be won, how the different events can use the same score as a player is moved from team to team, how the concept works, the Elo level of each player is equalized letting a high Elo player or Grand Master compete with novices. Check the Rules, and FAQ's for all the details, but remember, we are raising money while playing CHESS for the International Red Cross!.
